Thandi Montgomery is the founder of Radiant Legacy, Radiant Girl & Radiant Mom Inc. Radiant Girl is an organization committed to leading girls on a journey to self-discovery and equipping them with the tools needed to impact the world. The mission for Radiant Mom is to:
- REDEFINE what it means to be a mom.
- CONNECT successful moms with other successful moms.
- EDUCATE moms on how to have more me-time and rediscover themselves.
- SERVE by providing scholarships for moms and volunteering with women & children shelters.
Thandi graduated Summa Cum Laude and received her undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University. She also has a Master’s in Business Administration.
As a speaker, writer, mentor and consultant, Thandi is an advocate as it relates to self-discovery, personal branding and leadership among women and girls.
Thandi is the author of Me Time…It’s Possible and The Radiant Girl Curriculum. She has also developed high-level marketing strategies for renowned brands such as AstraZeneca, Cinnabon, Dell, Macy’s, The Home Depot and Verizon Wireless.
Her experience as a keynote speaker, corporate trainer and workshop facilitator spans across audiences on a local and global scale. She has been invited to speak to students, corporate leaders, churches, and community organizations.
When she is not consulting, writing or speaking, she enjoys going overseas to explore and learn about different cultures. Her experience in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Dubai, Italy, France and more have broadened her perspective on life.
Thandi is happily married to Joshua Montgomery and is the proud mother of little Joshua and little Thandi. She lives in Dallas, TX, is a member of the Potter’s House, and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, eating gourmet popcorn and cheering for the Dallas Cowboys.
Her philosophy is, “Learn to embrace your uniqueness, because you will never be good at being anyone else besides yourself.”
